The person who contacted me was rude, angry, and hung up on me. I started the inquiry process to see what kind of rates I was able to get. When I requested some time to review, she treated me very poorly and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Then hung up on me. I wouldn't take a dime from this loan shark company.

We have borrowed and paid back money for vehicles and unexpected expenses from Lendmark at least 3-4 different times. They have always gone above and beyond to help us out. The staff at this location are very personable. Would highly recommend!

Simple re -finance took over an hour to accomplish because they were more concerned with personal phone calls, games on thier cell phones, what they were doing over the weekend, and their Mary Kay purchase than helping me. Everything already previously arranged and agreed-upon about the refi suddenly changed when I went in to sign the refinance. Was promised I would receive a certain dollar amount from the refinance; it is even on the paperwork that money was directly given to me, but it was not. I was forced to sign the check that would be the "cashback" from the refi and hand it to them supposedly to go toward my account. I did not receive a receipt to that effect. When I called the 800 number to verify the money was indeed put towards my account I was infromed it was not. I am beginning to think that the money went towards the Mary Kay purchase of one of the employees. The employee was so careless she even had her Mary Kay purchase receipt sitting in my Lendmark file. No one new how to answer why the terms and details of my refi had changed. Was given some excise about another customer's paperwork having to be re-worked so they just decided to re-work mine too. No other reason was given as to why they decided to do this to my refi. The so called manager could not run the programs on the computer properly, and she did not know how to even print out paperqork. Without even letting me know what was going on she left in the middle of taking care of me to assist another customer who came in after me without even excusing herself or saying she be right back. At least twice I sat there for 10 minutes while they discussed personal matters. The so-called manager and another employee spoke in a different language than I speak in an attempt I guess to make sure I could not understand them. Unfortunately I did understand enough to know they were repeatedly calling me names and making fun of me as I was sitting there. Absolutely horrible experience and absolutely ridiculous so called customer service and completely unprofessional.
