Jae Cee in garden department (cashier) was the best. Not only was she super polite but she went above and beyond to help me.Customer skills were well above most her age! Good job young lady. Lowe’s you are lucky to have her.

Did curb side pick up. They brought my new lawn mower out and put it in the bed of my truck. Great service very friendly employees.

Awful service by Digger and Cameron. Followed by even worse service by the manager of the store. I left here in tears and frustrated. Home Depot it will be from here on. They sold a dishwasher out from under me. They lied on prices then wouldn't honor them. It was a mess.

Today I'm only giving Lowe's a 3 star rating. They had everything I needed, but the selection they had for OH door rollers was a bit disappointing. They had two types of rollers the cheapest made nylon rollers that don't even have a bearing in them and a middle of the line roller. They didn't carry any of the best quality rollers, which was very disappointing!

I have called the store exactly 10 times and every time they answer and hang up immediately or leave me on hold for the longest time. I do not even get a hello.

Can’t even match their own paint. Took my gallon of paint I bought at Lowe’s to get a quart to match. Had the label with the color code on it and Twice I am given the WRONG color. I have had it. Never again will I buy paint at Lowe’s.

Been shopping at lowes since they opened for my business and personal needs. Everything from countless appliances, fixtures...tools etc. However services has steadily gone downhill over the years. Recieved a bill in the mail which I opened to find out there was $8000 charged on my commercial account. After some due diligence on my part I found out one of the associates sold shingles to someone over the phone without verifying their identity...stupidity! Carelessness! No apologies nothing ! LOWES corporate assured me they'll take care of it and remove charge. Can't believe they don't have protocol for call in orders especially on comnercial accounts. All my other commercial vendors this would never happen due to their stringent protocol. Disappointed at Lowes.
