Taryin is always extremely helpful. We buy a lot of flooring and he’s very knowledgeable on the products, the inventory, and is ready to make the right recommendations. When we need something in a hurry, he always knows what’s in stock and gets us in and out in 15 minutes or less each time.

The purchase of the flooring was professional and smooth. However the install is much less to be desired. We ordered the material 2 weeks in advance so that we could be placed on the schedule for installation to start on June 10th. Had to pull teeth to get the installation started on the 11th. Paid a dump fee for the tile to be removed from the home and taken to the city landfill, however we had tiles put in the city dumpster. Guess we will see if the job gets completed professionally at this point.
This is my second purchase of flooring with LL and will be my last. Just save yourself the time and heartache and go with another company.

My husband and I were very impressed with the associates who assisted us at LL Flooring. Daniela and Sarah are very knowledgeable as well as gracious and helpful. Prices were competitive for a good product. The store manager needs to train employees of other businesses in customer service!
