“An outstanding business. My wife and I have been customers here for 4 years when we are in Amarillo during the winter. We use this address seasonally for all our mail. It surprised me that from the second time we came in the door, we are usually greeted by name. Service has always been excellent. Even the new staff recognizes us as long term customers. “I needed to make an embarrassing amount of Amazon returns today. On a road trip from Houston and happened to be close to this ups store. Walked in with a literal laundry basket full and Stefanie was so patient, helpful, and kind! She went above and beyond to help me sort it all out and never acted annoyed at all.
