I had came in there store on the 28th of February to pick up packages from Amazon and the young man working was very uncooperative. He acted like I was making him go out of his way to look for my packages. I guarantee the owners losing business on this guy.
I called three days later, spoke to Chasity and she fixed the problem in minulites and said she would speak to the young man about good customer service.”
“Ana (she said she manages two stores) was soo incredibly helpful. I went in with a client needing some documents scanned and she willingly and kindly helped us with all of it. She made sure we received the scanned documents before we left and was so so patient and kind with my son i had to have with me that day. All of the staff was very friendly. I had seen Ana before at another location and she has always been just as sweet and willing to help.”
