It's been roughly a year since I last visited this location. It still has the high school kid mentality being so close to a high school despite most of the crew today being young adults and adults. Having so much crew in the kitchen and they still have problems getting orders to curb side and drive thru. If you plan a trip here either be prepared to wait or not get your food especially in regards to curb and drive.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Every time I do an online order or order through drive through they’re closed ! hours of operation say 6-11pm. Never fails that they close at 9pm or 10 pm and they refuse to cancel the order.

Like any other McDonald’s. Fast food there about all the same. The organization that owns the Amarillo and surrounding chain don’t respond well to complaints and most of the time reply to a complaint and will give corporate number rather than a store number so it’s impossible to ever get a hold of a store.

Visited this McDonald's around 1:45pm and was very surprised to get a hot freshly made double quarter pound w cheese. Not warmed in the tray like many locations. I visit way to many McDs and this one is a new favorite when I'm in Amarillo. My McCrack mocha frappe was excellent as well. I love their app for discounts and freebies too

Great prices especially when you use the app and pay attention to deals, rewards and shareables. $10.19 20 piece nuggets with 2 medium fries. Much cheaper than 2 10 piece orders. No drinks. Also, it gave me the best bundle price even when I was unaware of that special.

When to pick up a Door dash from this location to be told they are closed for maintenance. Why are they still accepting orders from door dash then?
