“My wife was having some problems with the O2 concentrator. It was late when we called for Service. The serviceman was Joel. He was coming from Perryton, Texas which is about a three hour drive. He arrived, checked out the concentrator and replaced it. Joel was very knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was done quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the visit went and the problem resolved.”
