“Wow! The Expression Factory Outlet was a great shopping experience. Walking in, things were neat, some things were being folded, everyone was doing tasks. Some associates were working with guests others were handling the day to day operations. I felt personally cared for and appreciated all the help the associates provided as I shopped for a dress. They got me a bigger size and even went as far as steaming out the wrinkles because I was attending the event and had no access to one. “The employees are very helpful and the clothing is amazing. I went to Europe for two weeks and only took two of their travel khaki pants and a few of their no iron pants. The clothes were great. I would wash them in the sink, hang them up and they were ready to wear the next day. Didn't even have to iron them.”

“So this is a popular spot for us to stop at when we are in town, great stores and some many cute things to do here. We are not familiar to having a sonic in a mall; so the last thing we do is get us an slushie and pour it in our to go stainless cups. Great spot to chit chat and catch up with friends and family. “Sadly, I am forgetting the name of the manager (might have been Chantel?) but she and Keely (hope I’m spelling that right) took such great care of me while I was buying some gifts for my nephew. For some reason, two of the items I was buying were not showing up in the system, and they found a way to make it work so that I was able to purchase them and be on my way. They were extremely friendly, and when I noticed a button on Keely’s lanyard that I loved, they looked it up to see that there was one left and dug through the seemingly endless button bin to try to find it for me. They never did, and I had resolved that I would look at up and find it somewhere online, but then Keely gave me the one she had on her lanyard… It was so sweet and even though it’s just a button, that act of kindness meant so much to me. In the midst of how long and patience-testing my transaction was, they remained kind and help and I cannot sing their praises enough!”

“I don't usually go to this store because it is not close to me. However, whenever I am near I do. I have encountered the nicest and very helpful employees. I am an older person and get treated as if I was young and pretty and had Daddys credit card. So many places look at older people and rush to the younger one but its us older people who keep business from going under. I will spread the word when i am treated right and also when I am not..
