Sheila and Rocklyn once again save the day. I cannot stress enough a superior level of customer service given by these two ladies every single time I go in and when I call. These two ladies will fix what the call center screws up which is everything they touch. I feel so much better knowing that these two ladies are in my corner every single month. I've been at this facility for 2 years and it's always a pleasurable experience dealing with these two ladies. I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. I hope that NSA realizes what quality people they have at this location.

Sheila is a great person very friendly and apart from that will comfort you in a storage and make you feel your belongings are at home come and rent a Unit at this facility you will be a happy customer.

Needed to unload several heavy boxes this chilly morning. Sheila located a cart, helped me load, opened the door and coaxed the heavy cart over the threshold into the corridor -- really excellent service.

Sheila is my new mgr at the Bell st location. She gave me excellent service today in taking care of me getting into my unit. I had issues with my garage door type door and she was able to take care of all of it and get me in the same day.
