Not overpriced, very modern, only thing is when it rains a lot water gets under my storage doors where I can't leave anything that would get wet on the ground. Also the hours are 6-10 I would love if it had 24hour access!

It's an okay place to store your things at a decent, cheap price. Tried to rent out one online, kept giving us trouble & somehow we rented it but wasn't letting us continue the process. Guy on the phone tried to help us with the payment process, got it done, but could not even spell any of our first AND last names correctly if his life depends on it. Not much of a secure place either if you enter your pin & someone is behind you they'll just easily come right after you. Not knowing if they own a storage there or just someone looking to break into a storage unit. Now we're in a hurry trying to get things sorted, get the moving going and we were a few days behind paying the unit because we thought it was automatically paying it monthly and now they've put a lock on our unit just for being a few days behind on payment.

The only problem I've had is that they are never open when it says it is. It's frustrating cause I live on the opposite side of town, so I have to go out of my way to go by and make a payment. But then nobody's in the office.

When the business changed hands, we couldn't get in, it was fixed, we have had no other problems, we do miss the old staff, but the new Staff are Great....and friendly...?
