Attempted to change carriers. Unfortunately if you buy a device from them it will be locked for 365 days. Meaning your device will only work with metropcs. People at T-Mobile told me to never buy from metropcs. So now I tried to get service back with metro and guy says I will lose my #. . After forever trying to explain how it works with a port out pin#. He still didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. I bought a iPhone 16 pro max and paid in full and these guys still lock my phone. I’m still trying to find someone at this company that knows how get my phone on
Another reason to choose a different carrier is when I bought my phone I was told they didn’t have it at their store but they did at a different store. They said to save time I could pay for it there and pick it up at the other store. So after paying for a iPhone 16 pro max in picked up a iPhone 16. I went back to the first store not surprised the guy had left for the day. Long story and a lot of b/s I finally got my iPhone 16 pro max.

Well let's see the start off with the young lady that helped me on Metro on Georgia Street in Amarillo Texas set me to the one on Grand Street to get my phone did not get a receipt they put more stuff on my my SmartPay account the managers never at the store and half the time you go to the store there's nobody there a one-star now smarty is telling me I still owe him 11 more payments stuff that I did not get

T T-Mobile is. Really awesome. Cellphone provider their services are great I hated to drop them but a wY better opportunity came about I can really complained my to h about their services for the past 5 plus years I was with them the only dislike of complaints rather would be the ongoing escalated monthly add-ons services I didn't request or know about but at that we were able to work through that also sure fo miss T-Mobile !......

Sometimes you go there and there's things you imagine to do and they can't do it, their loss may be my loss, I was simply trying to pay early and change my plan but they can't do both at the same time, I hope I have the money I had when the time comes.

Friendly staff that will make sure they get you what you looking for, regardless if it a disadvantage to you! I DO NOT recommend using smart pay for purchasing a phone. IF you do, make sure they explain in full the details of your contact. If not you may find yourself paying $1700 for a $800 phone. Just saying. They were not helpful and making sure all contract were explained or even seen by the purchaser

Here in Amarillo to see my ailing father. He needed a new phone bad. So I went down there to add him to my phone line. The only employee working was WONDERFUL! She was helpful, friendly, and was genuinely kind and helpful to every customer.

Customer service was excellent! The lady was super nice and polite. I just went in to pay my bill. I would have been a lot happier if the processing fee wasn't $5 on top of my bill, but I guess there's no way around it. Still awesome service.
