Really good service, helped us save quite a bit of money. The only thing is he should dress appropriately, to show his customer he respects himself and his customers.Not saying he was real bad, he wasn't, just saying a little more professional appearance would go a long way.

Absolutely the most disappointing phone and Internet service.I highly recommend Going anywhere else my phone service is glitchy. I cannot have one single phone conversation without interference . My Internet service is constantly dropping my device's don't work majority of the time. I was told after I was entered into my commitment that because I live next to a school in the highway. I can just expect my service to be s*****. I sure do wish they would have offered that information before I committed to such an expensive contract.Never again

The guy at bell & 34th. Is rude. I was there. i wait until he done with a people he was helping. Then they left. Help me & my son colten. My son wanted cover for his new phone. Then couple come in. Then ask what they need help with. Then he completely stop helping us & help them instead. I stand there 15mins. He went behind his computer & still help them. Didnt care to finish helping me. So i left. J****** I wasnt done. Maybe i wanted get phone. Well not there anymore. Im going back to Georgia & 10th for help. That lady was nicer then that j*** on bell.JERK!!@

Great customer service and always had what I needed with zero hassle and the ability to leave the store with a new phone and not having to give them any cash money until the bill was due blew my old ISP out of the water. Mendosa Rules!!!

Kristian was working with me and helping me as much she can. Just when I thought I couldn't afford a phone not only did she figure a way out to get me a phone. I got a brand new Samsung A12! It was so awesome. She was so helpful and really, really was educated about her stock. Would recommend all the time. 10/10.

I recently upgraded my phone and took advantage of a new promotion to repurpose my old phone for a family member with a additional 5 dollar monthly charge . When I reviewed my account I was being charged 3 times the promotion. The store manager Kristian and her District manager persisted over the next couple days to restore my account to what was offered to me under the promotion. I really thank them for their ethical approach to the matter. They have earned my confidence.
