We went to the store to buy bulk tee shirts today. We had approximately 50ish shirts in the cart so we were waiting for a cashier to check us out. The girl came up to us and dad she could check us out at the new self check station. Okay no big deal we went over there and she started explaining how to use it. She proceeded to leave as soon as it was started. I DO NOT work for Michael’s it’s her job to check us out not ours.

Went to purchase picture frames for my home. My husband and I found the frames that I was going to purchase. Thought to myself they even have a flag that stayed “ buy one get one free” this is a great deal. When we took items up front to purchase, my husband asked if we got the items on sale. The young lady said no, we asked why? To make a long story short the Sale tag was not remotely close to the items that it belonged on. She asked the manager I believe, we gladly showed her it and all the “Same” tags on each aisle. They did not honor it! For future please put Sale tags on the correct items!!
That’s literally false advertisement!!

It’s an ok store. Usually there prices aren’t the best thou. Usually costs more. But the employees are most generally really nice and seem to genuinely wanna help

Almost exact same layout as Michael's Canada. It was comforting for me to be in a familiar place. I had fun in Amarillo Michael's but didn't buy anything because I had no luggage space to take anything extra.
