Been calling for an hour not even human resources picks up..always hated Wal mart. Called every department..nobody picks up.......................didn't want to leave not even a star but won't let me post it unless I rate a star.

If I could give half a star rating, I would! I am not the one usually going to shop, my husband does. On this day, husband went to watch West Plains football in Lubbock, so I had to go. Went through a checker line, (don't like self check out). EVERYONE make sure you check your receipts, because the girl Madison had items on the register & claims she forgot to take them off before my stuff , but she charged items that weren't mine. I had to talk to management, they checked on cameras (why I don't know) before giving me $back. I will say the manager was easy going. I still don't like Walmart though! Just be AWARE!

WOW won't be back to this Walmart, only self checkout, not even one regular lane with a live person, so you can put all the stuff I left in the basket at the front door back on the shelfs, that will cost you a lot more in wages to restock, then it would of cost you to just pay a real person to run a check stand for a few hours. I am ok with self checkout as long as there is an option to still get help from a real live person. one for one for you that don't understand that, it means one person for every one self checkout.

This store profiles it's customers by wanting to check their receipts, they don't check everyone. I just went through the checkout but they want to stop you and see your fucking receipt. They can STICK THIS STORE UP THEIR ASS.

It's Walmart. Enough said, but Yelp requires more words. Walmart has almost always the best prices. Always less than Target. If I buy their own brand items : Great Value is always a great value. Now Yelp is happy.

Shout out to Gary in Electronics who helped us get everything we needed to get our new phones this morning. I tried to ask Paksa (his name was something like that) but he didn't help me, but Gary did. Gary was helpful and gave me much information I needed to make a decision.

I am usually pleased with my Wal-Mart experience but Brendan in electronics was very rude and only willing to help the white folks. He was practicaly running to help anyone else but us. He had trouble finding a key to open a DVD player and when he walked a way and muttered something under his breath. Good thing this is not the only Wal-Mart in Amarillo.

I am usually a very simple shopper this is the first experience in my life but I could not get the help or assistance that I needed it took four pages and one personal phone call and the 5th time asking for a manager that could not be found just to get one simple item in the fragrance area for some body spray simple shopper like I said was there to get three items walked out and left wasted about 35 to 45 minutes and I'm usually a very patient person but I cannot waste anymore time thank you Plenty of workers around but no keys I am definitely the type of person provide customer service thought I would be expecting the same my goodness I even had three employees ask if they came by yet

Yet again (no, sadly not the first time) they shut down one side of self checkout in the after work crowd. ONE human checking... because they'll never leave the cigarette lane closed...so everyone including the lady with two baskets in front of me has to use the handful of self checkouts at the other end. Completely ridiculous.

The customer service leaves much to be desired, and unless the staff are trained for it, they're bloody useless. I had to ring for service 3 times before I ended calling your customer service only to be told that I was going to receive no help. When staff finally arrived to help me, I got told again that I wasn't going to be helped. When she offered to see what she could do, I was left standing there looking like an idiot for over 20 minutes only to see her doing something else entirely never once having gotten back to me. This is why most people consider going to Walmart a bloody chore.

Went to buy a jacket for my brother and the cashier said it was restricted. This is no problem, but the restricted item was literally with all of the other jackets. No sign, no extra information saying it was restricted before hand. The cashier also didn't say why it was restricted. Just, "I can't sell this to you." I asked why, and he just replied with, "sorry, I can't." Very frustrating Walmart. Do better.

You do not get to steal a pipe out of my car and expect me to lay down and take it. Do NOT trust the automotive center here. I bought 4 tires. The black friday price was great at $312 but once you factor in the cost of replacing my pipe... it makes this store not worth stopping at.
