“07/29/22 - Although struggling with various issues (employee lossage; deposits appearing, then vanishing, only to reappear hours later; doubled withdrawals and unexpected overdraft fees; etc.) resulting from transitioning to Centennial Bank, Happy State Bank continues to have some of the nicest, most helpful employees anywhere. Despite the problems, the employees at HSB make Herculean efforts to resolve situations and give customers the very best experience possible. Although I'm CAREFULLY WATCHING to see how much or how little Centennial enables or hinders HSB employees, I am choosing to give them a chance for now. The workers at Happy State Bank are worthy of that.VERDICT: STILL THE BEST STAFF ANYWHERE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, BUT WITH A CAVEAT.”
