Can’t get a simple print order right. Then want to charge me extra for their mess up. I’ll order staples online from now on at least they have enough common sense to do the job right and not be rude to paying customers because of THEIR mistake.

Worst experience ever! Ordered banner online, said same day pickup. Order should be ready by 6pm on Feb 28th. Went to get order number from email, noticed date had changed. Called asking why. They said they messed it up twice and ran out of paper, I could call manager tomorrow 2/29 at 930am.
Called this morning, manager stated he could not start the process because he was never trained. Said guy who could do it would be in at noon. Called back at 1pm for update. Was told it's printing now, give one hour. At 2 received email order had been canceled. I will never buy from here again

Hours say 10am - 6pm Sunday. They are not open and it’s 10:30 Sunday. Been waiting for my print order for 4 days now. Worst Office Depot I’ve ever had to deal with.

Walked around for at least six minutes. Looking for a certain marker and nobody came and asked me if I need help looking or anything. They were all up the front just doing what they wanna do. That is not good salesmanship or good employees helping somebody. I will not be coming back to the store again.

Bought a printer online that the website stated was in stock. Paid 500 and drive 30 min to get there. Printer was not in stock, and no printer. Ordered one from Best Buy and got it in 15 minutes.

I have found Office Max a reliable source of office commodities. The customer service has been good and the supplies and equipment has been excellent in most cases. Also, their store is easily accessible.
