Great store for buying gently used, and sometimes new clothes at a discounted price. It can definitely add up but i allways check here for clothing before I try to buy new clothes anywhere for kids.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at OUAC. Great service, very helpful staff! The store itself is very organized and contains high quality items. The staff is very quick at processing items I bring in which is great. Cannot recommend OUAC enough!

Once Upon A Child Amarillo is such a gem! The store is always super clean and organized, which makes shopping so easy and enjoyable. The prices are affordable, and the selection is great for all ages. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the new owners, Todd & Taylor Hartley, have truly brought a warm and welcoming vibe to the store. You can tell they care about their customers and the community. I’ll definitely be back again soon—highly recommend!

Never shop there but I had a friend take me. I figured I’d ask about how they accept clothes and what they are taking since I have a ton of baby clothes mostly brand new still. And I was highly disappointed with them offering me 30 bucks for several outfits still with tags on them. Also the little girl said they needed sleepers and when I took them in they didn’t take any of them Waste of my time. If you’re looking to get a fair price for your items either new or use, this is not the place

I’m certain this place is either a joke, a scam or they only take clothes from a certain demographic of people. There has been multiple times that I have taken in clothes that are close to perfect condition. No stains, tears or seams falling apart. Clean as well with nothing on them. Most of the time they only have 10 dollars to offer. There has been times when shopping that I have found clothes with either stains or the seams falling apart which makes me wonder. All I know is that I truly hope they donate the clothes to whoever they say they donate to.

Well they told me that they couldn't take any of my things no more I ask why because ydidesterday the manger didn't tell me I couldn't bring them in and then I pick up they told me I could bring some more in when I pick the other ones then when I would walk in the staff would wait on other people I would wait then one time this girl told me to wait outside they are pick and choose who they want to wait on then there was a few days a go people in the same name brought in about 4 big boxes of stuff they spent all day on their order and other people had to wait then there has been time I put my order in and at the time they open and wouldn't get it til the next day they smi l e in your face and steal from you behind your back but please make sure u check every thing if they say they couldn't take them cause they take things out of ur stuff they say they couldn't take but any way I would highly recommend they every body finds an other store to go there's a good one on45 gerome but I know for a fact they are lovers because I've an ex works for them I was going to spend a whole lot money in there now I'm a grama they didn't even give my stuff back to day but they are also racist I hope they go out of buesssnes because they didn't even know I was a mystery shoppers
