I’ve never experienced anything like this at a gas station in my life. At the Pak-A-Sak on 34th and Western (right across from CVS), we were literally locked inside the store by the cashier—an older white woman with glasses named Cindy.
She turned off the lights while we were still shopping and locked the doors with customers still inside. A man who bought something before us had to stand there and wait because she refused to let him out until she finished checking us out. When we asked what was going on, she snapped, “I need to get home!!” in the rudest, most dismissive tone possible—like we were bothering her by being customers.
The energy was off, the vibe was hostile, and the whole thing felt completely unnecessary and aggressive. We were respectful the entire time, but she treated us like we were a burden. Honestly, I felt trapped, disrespected, and unwelcome. If this is how Pak-A-Sak allows their employees to treat people, I won’t be back.

I love the hunts brother pizza at other pak a sack location. But for some reason this store just can't figure out how to cook the pizza right. It's either severely uncooked or it's 3 day old over cooked.

I love this place believe me I do. But mr. gerret today was not very kind. He watched me drop my money and struggle to get my stuff never once did he asked me if I needed a bag ( I very much did) very displeased with service today.

I won't stop here anymore. The employees have been here for years and the customer service experience is unusually fake and poor. There are "regulars" that the long-time employees will give preference to... whether passing people in line, or holding up the line for a long conversation. I'd rather go down the street, than get skipped in line by a "regular" that comes in and gets helped while I'm waiting in line. It has happened many, many times over the last 10 years.

I’ve been going for years, to store #6 in Dumas. The staff has always been friendly, and go out of their way for their customers. Earlier this week, I had yet another great example of this happen!

Not sure who just answered the phone as she did not present her name, sounded like an older white women. I politely asked if the gas prices I saw online were correct and for some odd reason her tone changed as if I had just cussed her out and cursed her family and said "I am not allowed to give that out over the phone" to which I began to reply "Okay thank you very mu.." and *click* she hung up on me. Whoever it was is working a shift around this time - 11:20 a.m. on Saturday August 14th.

I normally have a wonderful experience at the Hollywood & Bell location. However, today I went through the drive thru, the gentleman with the fake diamond earring in his ear never greeted me and then gave me my total, handed me my cigarettes and turned around nit even thanking me for my business. When I got home (1 block away) I realized he gave me the wrong cigarettes. I immediately drove back, never even getting out of the car at the house. When he came back to the window
