We came in to look and none of the four people jabbering with each other at the counter even acknowledged us when we walked in the door and even when we walked up to the counter never made eye contact or asked how they could help us. Very rude. We will never visit this store again!

The best service, they best quality high end furniture and decor in Amarillo PERIOD! Kendra and the girls are super nice. Kendra definitely knows what she's doing, I gave her my ideas and so far she has succeeded my expectations! My house is looking Amazing!!! The furniture and decor pieces she's brought to my home are by far beyond gorgeous. My husband is hard to please and so far he is loving every piece. I started with having them work on one living room, decorating and furnishing but their pieces along with customer service is so amazing that so far we have moved on to another living room and my husbands bar area! Is hard to quit when you see how beautiful they make your house look. Thank you Kendra!! I look forward to continue to work with you :)

I would not recommend doing business with this store when it comes to using their interior designer. I spent $8000.00 with Panache only have my curtain hung wrong. When I asked to have them lowered, they would not respond to my request. They were going to had a contractor come to my house to give me a bid. When I didn't hear back from them I went in the store to see what was taking so long? I still haven't heard from them and that was 4 months ago.
