“The closest United to where I live, and the service has pretty much always been excellent. The store hasn't been remodeled or updated much (visibly) inside or outside, aside from the checkout lines (with the self-checkout lanes having been added) and the addition of new door operated freezer units being placed, so I give it a 4 star total for this reason. Would do a 4.5 if able, but it isn't an option. Great place otherwise, and we often do our shopping business (in part) here, as we have for over 30-50 years.”

“Good store but I do not like only having self check out available at almost all times but not having regular register. At least have one or two registers open I understand if it’s nine or 10 o’clock and you’re closing in an hour or two and only having open only self check out but it’s ridiculous when it’s six in the afternoon and there’s no one on a regular register find. sometimes buying over $100 groceries and I do not wanna and to check out for 10 minutes trying to check out myself I’m having to wait for someone to come and clear my thing when something goes wrong. It’s just a really frustrating.”

“Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to in amarillo. The staff is so nice and very knowledgeable. They also fill prescriptions faster than most pharmacies. There isn’t a drive through, but this pharmacy is so great that I don’t mind walking inside.”
“Great place to shop and pick up prescriptions. They have lots of generic medications over the counter as well as other products. There is a good selection of home health products such as insoles, gloves, masks, pill containers, diapers and baby care items, castor oil, foot powder, bandages, ect. They also have an isle dedicated to office supplies, back to school stuff, and a hardware/automotive section. They have some heaters, cleaning supplies, pipe cleaners, and other useful items. There are also some other home goods like body wash and soap, they even have some body wash on the shelves for $1, their prices are comparable to or cheaper than places like Walgreens, Walmart, and family dollar. It's also very easy to walk there if you live nearby. They have lottery tickets too if that's your thing. Batteries, condoms, and a few other items are also kept behind the counter.”

Staff at the check out were also helpful, mostly trying to get folks to use the self checkout lane. I resisted. Fortunately, someone decided to simply have more checkout lanes. Excellent move. In an effort to support more jobs, not fewer, customers are resisting the corporate effort to turn us all into supermarket cashiers. So they raise prices and then expect us to do the work for free that they formerly paid to real people. Thanks to my family for opening my eyes to the insidious corporate reality. Rant to continue!”

The pharmacist and his staff are very friendly and professional and they are wiling to go above and beyond to accommodate their customers.
