Doesn’t automatically turn your internet back on after you pay your payment through portal. You have to wait until next day to call & have them do it manually.

Finally got helped after a week. Apparently I had 3 accounts open..... I went with this provider cause I've had em before and that was great... I don't know if they got new owners... the wifi is GREAT. but the company isnt... so it's a pick a sacrifice your willing to make.

Jessica was very helpful during my initial call. She said a newer router could be switched out with the one we had. Zane exchanged our old router with new one and checked all over our house to assure us that the signal was very strong.Great job Plains Internet in Amarillo

Very satisfied with the lady on the phone. She was very helpful and was good about checking back to make sure I was up and running. The man that came out was very professional and did a great job. And didn’t leave a mess like so many people do. I do and will still always recommend plain’s internet.

I chose Plains as my internet provider when I moved to Amarillo, especially after reading the reviews of the other options in the area. Plains service is the BEST. They always answer the phone with a real human, they always respond to the need and will do all that is needed to keep the customer (me!) happy :) No contracts, no hassles, great service!

They use to have good customer service now they have a supervisor that continues to lie to his boss. My internet was down for 7 or 8 weeks.. Because of David's lies... So as long as he is in charge of customer service it will be bad BTW they are cutting of my service because I used foul language with David

I just wanted to say, the professionalism with your customer service representative and your field technician was amazing. I was having issues with my service, but everytime I called to speak to someone, they would respond in a timely matter which was greatly appreciated. Needless to say, problem was fixed and we're very happy with our service. You need more people like Jessica and Roberto.

Jessica and the rest of the staff at Plains Internet should be heartily commended for their attitude and attention to customer service.
