Called to ask if they were accepting clothes and I was told yes I drove the from my house and got to the register there was a note stating they weren’t buying told the lady I just called and asked and was told they just decided to stop ….. complete waste of my time and gas

My son purchased shoes at this store. They never told him it was final purchase only.
He literally walked out of the store, and walked back in. He never put on the shoes…
When he walked back in to exchange or sell the shoes back, they told him it was final purchase only. That was the first time that they told him that information.
The sales associate and the manager were quite rude and disrespectful.
If they told him up front, we would completely understand, but they never did.
We will not be going back to this location.

Will never take anything here again. They gave me 10 dollars for a pair of suede Vince Camuto over the knee boots that had been worn once. Purchased at Neiman's. Nope never again.
