The car was real dirty after the snow melted so I headed to my local quick quack. The service was great, had a wonderful little moment with a girl named Kari, she was so nice and complimented my septum. Probably going to make this my regular car wash because that made me day.

Showed up last night and there was only one worker and he didn’t have good customer service whatsoever. The other worker showed back up to the establishment after I had got my vehicle washed and dried. Check your employees. Not to mention, Tamra, the store manager had contacted an ex-employee that left the same review and tried to stir up problems because he couldn’t leave an honest review. For being in a management position, she needs to start acting like a manger and be more respectful.

There was no towel dryer last night. One of the employees had left the other one at the store by themselves, when there’s supposed to be 2 employees at the store always. Do better Tamra!!!

Subscribed to the wash club. Good service and the workers are always friendly. Stopped by the Soncy location today and the whole crew, including Dee, were smiling as they processed cars thru the wash.

I went here for my first time, and let me tell you, I was so happy with my experience. I worked with a lovely young woman name Kari. She was so kind and helpful. My car looks great too! It was so refreshing to have such a pleasant experience.
