I had a wonderful experience at the Red Wing store on Coulter. The staff was very professional and welcoming, and Betty Sue went above and beyond to ensure my boots fit perfectly. Bring my guys here every time I hire someone new. They are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Service is always fast and they make sure my technicians are comfortable and don’t try to force any specific boot on someone. They listen to what the guys like and try and find the best pair for them. Continuously bringing my guys here was a smart decision!

Lindsey, Betty Sue, and Drew were fantastic!
Candace got her first pair of Red Wings-Heritage Moc Toe’s, and we are so excited. We actually left with 4 pairs of new boots, between two of us, and I left an older pair of Red Wings to get re soled, and Lindsey offered to clean them up, and mail back to my home when finished. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great deals, and the best product!

I can't remember the gentleman name. I came in to get some leather care oil for my boots. He was very friendly and I was done in less than 10 minutes.

Great shoes/boots backed by even better customer service. They do everything right from fitting to warranty work. So much more than a shoe store.
