They didn't have the part I needed, but he was extremely helpful in helping me find the place to get it from and the phone number. I look all over Amarillo and couldn't co.e close to getting it, but he solved my problem.

More than accommodating. Great staff and over the phone support. Fixed my very expensive Milwaukee hammer drill and small drill for less than $200. Will return

Excellent customer service. I took a lamp in and Blaze immediately started working on it. He had the problem taken care of while I waited. I highly recommend Reid’s Appliancex& Tools.
