Been meaning to leave a review for a while now. Stopped in needed a clutch its Monday I told them the following week I have a show delivering in Vegas on Tuesday let me know if I need to rent a truck. Told this to two people. All week I call mid morning check in everyday I get the we're still looking at it everyday I tell them listen let me know if I need to rent a truck. Gets to be Friday I talk to the lady she says Monday not sure what time I say fine as long as its Monday, again I tell her this is very important oh ya done Monday for sure. Monday call around 10 the lady tells me it's going to be Wednesday or Thursday, I'm like this has got to be a joke, she's like I'm not sure why you keep saying that sir we have no control... this point I'm shaking ready to have a nervous breakdown, I've communicated precisely with them my situation I've been an owner op for 33 years I know how this works and I cover my bases. So they dropped the transmission Tuesday they had been staring at the fly wheel all week and waited till Monday to order a new one because it had a bit of blueing, I Ubered down there told them to send it out have it turned, oh but they can't do that. Take it off I'll go have it done, ya but that will void the warranty on our work lol. I really don't care about the warranty I need to go. Ok in that case we'll do it. Watching the kids at the service counter is just painful and this starts at the top. They are very very good at not caring and letting the customer know its out of their control, everyone's moving at a snails pace chatting about random topics no focus whatsoever on issues at hand and their job. These dealers have so much warranty work that's all they care about, I should have known the clutch was not under warranty and taken it to a real shop. On top of everything else they charge 200 an hour but don't take Am Ex and charge a percentage for credit cards. This place is awful, the people are awful stay away if at all possible. Looking forward to the canned message about how seriously you take your customers, news for you you don't.

I experienced a breakdown from work not completed properly by MHC Kenworth, and the closest Kenworth Dealer was Roberts Truck Center. The experience at this location was exceptional. The service advisor who assisted us was Enyssa C. Her writing skills between two different Kenworth companies were very impressive. Her work ethic to get the situation resolved is astounding. Also, the service manager Stephan S. at this location is definitely treating this company like his own business. A very rare quality Stephan possesses. He went above and beyond to make sure this was a smooth transaction and anything else he could add to assist the customer to make them feel comfortable, he did. If you need a Kenworth, go there. Now, I did walk out with a bill, but hey, at least they fought to make sure the other parties involved paid their fair share.

Showed up Friday morning with truck in Derate. They got me in and repaired that day. When picking up the truck on Saturday I found another issue. Elissa and Adam were great and got it taken care of right away so I did not have to sit over the weekend. Thank You!!!

After spending hours and I mean hours (all day) at the TA in Amarillo being told that my the problem I was having was a truck problem. So took it to the dealership Robert’s Truck Center in Amarillo Stephan Sagnimeni the Amarillo Service Manager had the problem figured out in 10 minutes that it was the trailer not my truck and told me what needed to be fixed and done. Stephan Sagnimeni was amazing. Great service and highly recommended! Thank you from Polarbear with Legend Transportation.

Had an amazing experience at this location, Elissa and Enyssa in service were AMAZING!!! They made the check in process smooth and painless with their awesome attitude and dedication to make the customer feel at ease. They were always available for questions that I had and didn’t make me feel like I was disturbing them. Robert’s truck center is extremely lucky to have these two!!! If I had a choice of multiple shops in Amarillo I would choose Robert’s just because of them!!! Great experience!!

I wold give a minus, they took a job and estimated to one price and then the total for payment increased for more than $2000 plus they put some charges for parts they didn't use, after some arguments we had they returned money back. Worst place to deal with defiantly a place to avoid. Don't waste your money and time. Just an disappointment!!!

They charge me 1180 dollars for diagnosed and change one fuel filter unbelievable ?
