Let me just say Amarillo has the most wonky roads ever and there's a ton of construction on the roads but we found this little place and got the part we needed for the RV. Very helpful.

Stayed in Amarillo Texas and had an issue with our hydrollic jacks and an annoying alarm. Called Rodfathers RV and the had us back in good shape in no time at all. They also checked our coach batteries to make sure they wete in good working order. Everyone was super friendly and nice and very professional. If you have an RV issue while traveling near Amarillo, don't hesitate to call or stop by. For anyone who lives nearby their Body Shop is outstanding.Services: Steering & suspension repair

So I called to get a copy of my receipt to show my insurance company that I paid $150 for an estimate. They cannot locate the records for a week now and they’re telling me it’s going to be another week so I can’t get reimbursed for my estimate in my opinion in my opinion only they’re very unorganized rude and I will never have any work done there againService: Body & Trim

We had the front drivers tire blow out on our 40 ft motorhome and the damage to the drivers side was huge. It busted the fuel filler neck and we lost diesel all over the interstate. The hydraulic jack system was damaged. The passenger side front panel busted loose and the door pulled away from its frame. It busted a bolt on the jackknife couch and damaged the slide and oil seeped under the carpet. The insurance co sent us a tow truck and hauled it to Rodfather’s RV Body Shop in Amarillo, TX. This was on June 30. They had our motorhome until the end of August. We did not pressure them to get it done we just wanted it done right. We traveled with our full needs disabled adult daughter and 2 year old granddaughter when they called and told us it was done. I called them to let them know we were in town and was told to “drive around or find something to do until exactly 11” and not to come before or be late. We thought they would come show us what they had done and give us time to look at their work but were told no. I discovered the couch was still busted and was told they fixed it. I said no and then was told it was never broken. I insisted they look at it and he said well it just needs a bolt so he took about 15 min and put one in. In the meantime we were unloading our rental car into rv as we were told they were on a schedule and drove a couple miles to drop off rental. My fiancé looked over the motorhome while I was inside and when I came back out he was upset. Some of the panels looked like they closed on one side and not the other. The panel on the passenger side was just flopping. The control panel for the jack system had no bolts to keep it in place. The carpet still had all of the oil stains that had seeped from underneath and you can literally see outside when the slide is open from a gap in the seal they replaced and the carpet scrunches up when you slide it closed. The refrigerator no longer works. They did not bother to empty the black and gray water tanks so it smelled like we were in a rolling sewer even tho they said they would do that. They clear coated over dents and scratches and did not even fix them and the front end was so out of line that one side looks pushed in and down with a two inch gap and the other side looks lined up.They were paid from progressive with the adjuster never going to physically see the work they had done and when I called to talk to them about it all the owner (?) kept talking over me and telling me to ‘stop talking’. I said I was being respectful but she said if I did not stop talking she would hang up and she did.We had to pay another almost $1000 to a body shop in Wisconsin on top of the $17 (plus) thousand they (rodfather’s) received from my insurance and the almost $7,000 from us. And yet they could not be bothered to let me ‘talk’. I am filing a huge complaint with the better business bureau as well.

My Windshield trim on the passenger side came loose while on a trip to Colorado. I was able to stabilize the trim that was flapping in the wind with a bungy cord until I could acquire some duct tape that did the job. I bought this RV from a guy who had the windshield replaced by Rodfathers just before I bought it in April 2023. Since the trim was adhered to the body of the RV by Rodfathers after they replaced the windshield. After returning from Colorado, I took my RV to Rodfathers to have them to reattach the piece of trim on the passenger side in the same manner as the trim on the drivers side was attached. I was told that the warranty was not transferrable from one owner to the next and that it did not apply to me since the previous owner was the one that had the windshield replaced. The warranty should apply to the vehicle not the owner, unless they use this to get out of standing behind their workmanship. From the day the windshield was replaced to the day that the trim came loose was 90 days exactly. Any repair service that cannot stand behind their workmanship for 90 days is not a repair facility that I care to do any business with in the future. I related to them that I would not use them for any future repairs or services. I also will not recommend them to others for repair or services.Bill D.

We were going through Amarillo, TX when it started raining and our windshield wipers went out in the RV. Luckily it was just sprinkling and we was able to get off the highway and the campground recommended Rodfather's to us after we had checked with 3 other places. Rodfather's got us in the next day and less than an hour had us back on the road. Thank you, Rodfather's for your kind service, we appreciate you very much.

We had an amazing experience at Rodfathers! We were on our way through Amarillo for one night, and noticed our fridge was no longer seated in its place. We called first thing in the morning and they worked us in. They also discovered the core problem - the floor under the fridge was rotted out - and was able to get it rebuilt (and also replace a faulty water pump) by the end of day, allowing us to continue our trip. They truly went above and beyond! I would absolutely highly recommend them for any coach work you need!

Had some spontaneous issues pop up during our RV trip to AZ. Rodfathers was able to get us in next morning and fix them and get us back on our way quickly! Also everyone we talked to and dealt with was incredibly nice and helpful! So refreshing ???? we were also able to pick up a couple RV supplies in their attached little store and the prices were good. Just a great experience all around.
