I was told a pair of Timberland boots could not be Sold. When I asked why they said, maybe they were recalled. I’ve never heard of shoes being recalled. And even if that was the case, why are they on your shelf. Horrible customer service, and horrible management. I will definitely be sticking to Burlingtons Or TJ Maxx

Extremely rude for no reason. I was very respectful. The guy Over charged me. When I went back and said nicely that they over charged. Was very rude and only gave me half. I spent $100. I was nice. I just don’t understand why would I get treated like that. For no reason.

I will never come back to this location again. The staff was very friendly and courteous. But there was one girl checking people out. Just one, even when a long line formed. No one would help her get the line down. I guess the other employees were new maybe? But the store manager was seen once then she disappeared. I heard on the speaker, the manager making sure breaks were taken. She was not worried AT ALL about the long line forming up front. She should have come to the front to help her one cashier, but no. I saw her once then never again the whole time I was shopping. This is completely unprofessional and not a good way to run a store. At least help the poor cashier with a rush of people, do not hide in the back office and bark orders over the speaker.

Very clean, the clothes are very well arranged, the dressing rooms work, the store is very well stocked, very easy access to the store.
