Came out to my small business and installed a large window pane that was broken during a storm in the fall. They were professional and fairly priced. The front office staff was very knowledgeable and great to chat with while they were helping me. 10/10 would come back.

Hit my car in the parking lot of the plaza in pampa. No courtesy for people atound them. Never came to find me or leave a note. Parked within a half inch of my back bumper right after so i cpuldnt see the damage. The only way i got ahold of them was by chance running into the same truck next to a properly marked company car at a restaurant the next day

Horrible went there to get a bid on a storefront door a salesman got our info said he would let us know we called him twice the whole while he was dragging his feet feed up we called another company two weeks later we had an installed door

I have no dog in this hunt. However, when I was looking for the phone number for Royal Glass I saw this one star review with no comment, no nothing. Being a business owner, I know how that works. I assume Trent has never done business with this company, has either worked or had a friend work there, or maybe he had to pay his bill...whatever. What I do know about Royal.....when they did our job, they made a couple of mistakes and they acted immediately, did their best to fix the problem and was not happy till I was happy. All business' make errors, their attitude about what to do about it is what sets one apart from another. I think they are customer service oriented, and it shows. A one star is completely unmerited. My four star is a result of one or more employees' lack of commitment to do things right, every time, and not the result of management that does not care. If you own a business, you know that all the good hiring practices, all the training, all the leadership, etc, etc....will not make a person desire to do what is right. Kudos to Royal!
