“I went in to rent a truck and there was a gentleman there by the name of Brian and his attitude was so genuinely upbeat and positive and just have a great day it was unlike anything I've seen anywhere around here in Amarillo and I absolutely loved it it made me like that place and I probably will never ever go there but if I ever need anything like that I know where I'm going it was just too great of an experience just to meet that gentleman.”

Had a breakdown at 3am. Service Tech (Emanuel) met us at the facility. Diagnosed problem, secured need parts, and at 8am started and finished needed repairs quickly. And even being called out at 3am.. then coming in and trying to complete the work quickly, he was very kind and apologetic for our delays.

“Moving can be so stressful but the guys at U-Haul on Western and I 27 made it are cheap and easy. We got a unit in addition to a large truck ended up keeping the truck an extra day and it was no big deal at all. They worked with us and adjusted things along the way as we needed it because our schedule changed having a 2 1/2 year old!
