“Good staff, Friendly and ammendable people. Felt equipment was lacking to what you ask for. 2 of 4 tie downs blocked by plastic. 2-2500 Chevys had all 12 exposed. Bed tie downs were blocked on rented Ford, but open on Chevys.”
“Had an issue with scheduling a hitch install. They were able to get me a hitch to bring to another location for install which didn't have it in stock. The were very friendly and helpful!”

“I went in to rent a truck and there was a gentleman there by the name of Brian and his attitude was so genuinely upbeat and positive and just have a great day it was unlike anything I've seen anywhere around here in Amarillo and I absolutely loved it it made me like that place and I probably will never ever go there but if I ever need anything like that I know where I'm going it was just too great of an experience just to meet that gentleman.”

Had a breakdown at 3am. Service Tech (Emanuel) met us at the facility. Diagnosed problem, secured need parts, and at 8am started and finished needed repairs quickly. And even being called out at 3am.. then coming in and trying to complete the work quickly, he was very kind and apologetic for our delays.
So an additional ☆☆☆☆☆ for Emanuel.”
