Absolutely terrible experience. For starters, manager and associates asked my mother in I if we were finding everything alright 6+ times within a 5 min time span. Not even exaggerating, it was pretty ridiculous. Then when it came time to checking out the two associates proceeded to stand in the way of the isle so we could get through and the other was leaning against the checkout counter making it virtually impossible to get to purchase my items. Once they finally let me through and moved off of the counter and I was able to buy my items the girl checking me out didn't even bag my things, she instead asked me when I looked puzzled if I wanted a bag. Considering I got more than 2 items and that I bought anything from their store I general I figured providing the customer with a bag for their items was just common sense. Once we made it out of the store and I got in my vehicle I looked up and noticed the two associates who were leaning on the counter and the other that checked me out were staring at us and talking/smirking. Assuming they didn't seem to be saying anything nice. Just terrible experience won't be going back to this location.

I absolutely love Sally's. It's nice to shop at a place where people that work there remember you. It makes you feel welcome. This location on 140 has always been very helpful and sweet. I also love the reward system they offer. Who wouldn't want 10 or 15 dollars of products. One of my favorite shops, hands down.

Aurora is really friendly she is always willing to help she has great knowledge on what she sells and on what she offers always willing to answer any questions you may have. I love this place when she is there..She also speaks fluently Spanish for those that don't speak English but like good products...go see her she is amazing!! When she is there the whole atmosphere is happy..

Employees don’t know what products they have in stock. Sally’s needs to train better. You should have employees that love hair care and know the products they are selling.

I got a message saying my order was ready to be picked up at 5:40 pm. I checked to see what time they close and it said 6 pm for Sundays, so I had 20 minutes to pick up my order. I got there at 5:47 and the door was locked, but there was still a customer inside. I stood outside for over 10 minutes before the employee even tried to come talk to me which was at 6:05 pm. The customer had noticed me multiple times at this point. I told the employee I had been standing there for over 10 minutes and she told me that they lock the door and shut down the register 10-20 minutes before they actually close. I have a friend who works there and she knows that they shouldn't even be locking the door or shutting down the register until the exact time they close. I told the woman I had already paid for my things and she said I would just have to wait till tomorrow (today) to come pick them up. Like hello, I was standing there for over 10 minutes trying to get you to notice me at the door so I could get my things before you actually close. I did get a little hostile trying to explain to her that I was out there for a while before the closing time and she just kept telling me that I would just have to wait until tomorrow.

I will never go to Sally's on I-40 east, last year I purchased a hair straightener the next week it did not work due to the epidemic that would not replace. Make sure all hairdressers do not purchased from them they will not replace they said you gave to go by the manufacturer. When a straightener does last a week. You are wasting your money spending $89.00 on something that is cheaply made. And there cashers are rude and didn't know what they are selling. Waste of time. They deserve 0 stars.

Kim is absolutely amazing, she’s is extremely helpful, and kind even while under pressure. I can honestly say Kim is the kindest, helpful staff I have ever encountered at any Sally’s and I will continue to come to this location only because of Kim! I hope Sally’s is payer her well!

Very clean, the ladies are always so nice and I feel very welcomed every time I come in.. the store manager always makes sure I’m satisfied and happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend.
