Management treats employees like garbage. 100% hostile and abusive women on a petty power trip. Wouldn’t be surprised if they had to shut down for lack of employees willing to put up with them.**do not work here****management should resign**

Horrible customer service! I called to place an order over the phone so my friend could just pick it up and pay for it. The girl answered “hello” I was so confused I asked if I reached Sally’s and her sarcastic response of “uh yeah” like I was a dummy for not knowing where I called. Then was annoyed that I wanted to place an order over the phone. Handed the phone off. It wasn’t any better.

MJ is the MOST helpful Sally’s employee I have ever encountered in my 4 years of being a regular Sally’s customer. She was so kind, funny, knowledgeable, personable, and so many other amazing qualities. MJ deserves all the praise in the world and she is so amazing.

Not worth one star but had to choose one to right a review!!! Mary should not be a store manager very rude and not professional me and my husband went in to buy a new trimmer because his dropped and the blade chipped and specifically asked the difference between 2 trimmers but same brand and all she said was one cordless one is not if your managers don’t know answers then that’s what should be said because when we got them home my husband opened the box and was trying to adjust the trimmers and could not like his other ones, so when he googled about the specific ones it said they are not adjustable which should had been clarified when asked what the difference was. So I took them back to pay the difference on the other ones and she said no refunds or exchanges which was not told at the time of sale but it says on receipt they can do refund or exchanges as long as they were unused and she said it’s up to her and she was not exchanging or refunding. Something else that needs to be clarified before making a sale. But I’m sure if it’s was a friend or family member she would be doing whatever she can. If these worked we would be wanting to pay for a more expensive one but some businesses know nothing about customer service

I dropped my Wahl trimmer and it popped into many pieces. I brought it into this store to see if they knew how to put it back together, or if it was a lost cause. Store Manager Mary was very nice and super helpful - she put the small blades, spring and who knows what else together again and saved me! Customer service at its finest.

Regular customer and love the store. However, the older blonde lady working the register at 5 on 4-10-21 was by far the rudest sales associate I've ever encountered.

Very rude about the mask and the lady checking us out was being rude to and charged for a sack to carry out the 50$ worth of product we bought.
