I cannot say enough great thins about Art and Scotties Transmission. I thought my car needed a transmission when they arranged a tow truck for me. After Art test drove and ran diagnostics, it turned out to be a minor issue and computer program issue. So thankful for his honest approach to doing business

We recently had to get the transmission rebuild in our 2013 Buick Enclave. Scottie’s was professional and completed their work on time. They offer a 1 year warranty/ 12 month warranty which is pretty standard and their price was very fair. Alex in the office was very friendly and professional every time so talked to her. I am glad I picked Scottie’s and I am looking forward to many more miles of trouble free driving from my transmission.

We have used Scottie's for three different vehicles, all different issues. Each time we have received honest, fair and reliable advice and even once we were given help that allowed us to fix the issue on our own. It is hard to find companies that are trustworthy, but Scottie's has always gone above and beyond.

It was great! I got there snd checked in at the desk.It wasn't long before the transmission technician came and got my keys and explained what he was going to do.Within the hour he returned to let me know everything checked out good in my transmission.That was VERY good news.Thank you all, have a Happy New and Prosperous Year!!!!

Let's just say this would be the third time leaving me truck there in 2 months for same issue. The problem I have is that if this is the third time my truck should be priority now to get it fixed asap and fixed the right way I shouldn't have to come a third time I mean come on. I know it on warranty but if is going bad get me a better part and give me a call and tell me what's going on with my truck rather have me wait 2 weeks and nothing from them I'm the one who's going over and asking and all I get is we are waiting for the part but it's been weeks now. Whm tje time come for it to be ready I'm scared to drive it out due to them ot getting it fixed the first time. Just so frustrating.

I have a 2013 Ford F150 that had the common "lead frame" recall. I was still under warranty when I took it to Gene Messner Ford, who sat on it for a month, did nothing, then denied it was even the problem. I bought the part from Tri-State Ford intending to put it on myself after receiving a quote of nearly 3K. Due to recommendations, I called Scotties', spoke with Art about the situation. He had me in and out of the shop in less than 24H, for 1/5th of the cost, and with a transmission service. Definitely one of the best experiences with any shop I've ever had.
