Went to return some products and the girls behind the counter gave me and my mother awkward stares, we weren’t aware you can’t return online products to a kohls sephora, and they let us know we couldn’t if it was bought at a stand alone sephora and i guess not online products either. kinda silly to me but i know there’s nothing they can do about that , what upset me though was the tone of voice they were using and they were pretty unhelpful and didn’t do much to assist us or solve our issue.

Very quick to help me as soon as I walked in! I asked for a sample of a foundation and they immediately obliged and gave me a neatly-packaged full container of the one I had picked out. Will definitely be back and feel completely comfortable asking for assistance!

Went to take my mom to buy new makeup and wanting to know more about make up and her being shy because she speaks Spanish Johnathan came over to help us very patient very loving about his job and he talked Spanish so that a plus we loved his customer service !!!!!

The man who wears makeup was super racist whenever I asked for help! I asked for help to choose a concealer he was being rude and very unprofessional. He said darker tones looked better because of my race (hispanic) there was no need for that comment.. when checking out he said something in between the lines of “let me go wash my hands I’m disgusted.”

This location is often very busy and understocked because with is the only Sephora in over a 100 mile radius! However they are always very willing to help, do color matches, give samples, and double check their back stock for merchandise if it’s not out. Very friendly service, just be patient on busy days :)

This is now the third and last time I'll go into this place since they moved to Khols. Service is non-existent. They had what i wanted for my wife, it was locked up. Asked for help after standing there for 10 minutes. Was told they would be with me shortly. 10 more minutes then left. I'm done.

Went into Sephora today looking browsing and asking for color match foundation monissa helped me so much she was very kind 💕💕since the moment I stepped in Sephora she greeted me and was very attentive if I needed anything I really much appreciate the help she gave me she’s was awesome 💕💕!

I’m only giving it a five star review,because I was extremely pleased by the time I left. Single dad walks in and needs to pickup rare beauty lip gloss and living proof frizz vanishing oil that the daughter had specifically taken a pic for to help out dear old dad. The first person I see that I think can help me (won’t make it a race thing but let’s just say she was not Caucasian) is listening to another coworker that I can’t see tell her something. I politely wait til they’re done talking,and show said worker the daughters pics,and ask where I could find them. She points here ,she points there and then proceeds to walk away doing something else but helping me. Granted I did ask where i could find them,versus being direct and asking could YOU find these items,so you got me there. I’d like to mention my patience is short,and it was colder than a witch’s tit outside so I was in a hurry to get back home. I did look for said birthday presents in the general areas that I was so kindly directed to,and genuinely looked for myself for at least a whole minute,before I decided to walk out. I stopped because like most Dad’s,we will do absolutely anything for our daughters,and found a worker who was white/blonde/tatoos/30 to 40 yrs old is my guess forgot her name (I think it was Tracy…don’t hold me to that) but not only did she physically show me each product,but also gave the daughter her birthday discount,so only go to her if you need help finding something. The other worker could’ve been having a bad day,we all have them,but the fact that during my purchase she returned and I didn’t make eye contact (because dad definitely wanted to tell her she sucked at her job) she quickly asked other patrons if they needed any help. I don’t wish anyone to lose their job,but dammmmm!!! Thank God for whoever that lady was that ACTUALLY helped Dad get his daughter what I needed on one the coldest days in Amarillo!!! Just saying!!! End of rant,hope she heals,and definitely has a better day!!!

I feel like the obvious needs to be stated here, this sephora is always out of stuff because ITS THE ONLY ONE IN AMARILLO.
The beauty advisors here are all very sweet, I like how helpful they are when you have questions. I like that they check on you, I wouldn't want to have to search for someone. I did learn that they cant order things for you in store because you can do that in the website. honestly, Amarillo is lucky to even have a sephora since we dont have anything here, but they are def nicer than the ULTA employees, who ignore me if I'm not wearing a full face of makeup.

Went to grab a couple things and was immediately greeted by Jonathan. He was so sweet and helpful. They were very busy and I was in no rush and he made it a point to come back and check with me everytime he finished with someone else. All the products he recommended worked amazing as well! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Extremely low in stock on almost everything. I’ve only ever left with samples. Jacquelyn helped me the other day and she is GREAT. very helpful and super friendly. She deserves a shout out.
