The person who helped me had horrible customer service and after checking out and spending almost 200.00 dollars didn't offer any help out. Very poor customer service. Associate would just walk off and not communicate if he was helping you or someone else. Very lazy when asking his opinion or other options when trying to match colors. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and that experience just made me sick.

Last Sunday I came to this location to get two quarts of paint. They had one but the other they didn’t but their Coulter location had it. It was 15 min until closing and since I didn’t need the paint until this weekend he said he could have it transferred from the other store. Well all week I never received a phone call but decided to stop by today (Saturday) and it was never done. They said they had a busy week and were short handed. I find that rather strange when the clerk seemed to just be visiting with a friend. Not very good business for an expensive paint place.

As a business it’s really simple to do a return to an unhappy customer to build loyalty. Now I’m an unhappy customer that likely won’t be returning and definitely not recommending them. I bought paint that was worth $60. They color matched paint that I bought from them a few years ago that was on file in their system. No one indicated to me until my complaint that when you try to color match like that it could be a couple of shades darker. It would be so helpful if a sales person would tell customers that prior to mixing the paint and prior to someone spending that much money on paint that might be the wrong color. I’ve color matched old paint cans plenty of times at Lowes and never had an issue so I’m definitely confused. Anyway, sometimes what you think is better quality may not always be. Sometimes the big box stores like Lowes might actually offer better consistency, just as good of quality and be half the price.

Customer service is amazing...evertime I go in they do everything to make sure everything is perfect before I leave and I highly appreciate thier work...awesome to see ther service I give to my own customers...highly appreciate everything they do.

I am very disappointed in my experience here! We had an issue with the a paint color and was pretty much told buy some more since they are not able to return anything. Which I wasn’t asking for a return but some sort of solution. None given. I have painted several houses with Sherwin Williams and unfortunately will never buy here again.

Never ever have anything in stock at the I40 location and customer service is horrendous. I will never spend another dollar in that store. Its happened on way more than one occasion. The staff find it humourous to make you wait for over a half hour to tell you they dont have what you need. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke of a paint store.
