I came in today and when I was talking to an employee I could hear over their walkie, who I assume to be a supervisor, someone yelling very loud and berating others over the line. I’ve worked in management before and something like this feels highly unprofessional, and I can only imagine what’s going on behind the scenes. I hope this issue can be resolved as now I have a sour taste in my mouth when I consider shopping there again, a place of discomfort and tension. God bless you all.

I went into the store for my son to get him some shoes and a sale rep name Mel/Melvin who was an older gentleman was extremely helpful. I had a couple of questions and he went above and beyond to help me understand what I needed. I was truly grateful to have someone to help me and made the experience rather good 👍 when I got to the register I asked to talk to management about how he was very professional and made sure to give him a compliment. The management on duty was Andrea I believe, and she was very professional as well. Wouldn't mind coming back and continue doing business with the company. Overall great experience.

It was horrible they humiliated me in front of everyone there all because I tried on a pair of white shoes when I clearly came in with black shoes and as I was still shopping this lady walks up to me how i liked the pumas that I had on and so I replied with i love them but after i thought about it for a second I realized she was thinking I had there shoes on so I told her these are my shoes and she told me sure I showed her the dirt that were on my shoes and made a comment that it's crazy going to come accuse me of stealing for no reason I would love to speak with her boss

Shoe Dept. Encore in Amarillo, Texas was such an impressive store, many interesting choices for shoes here, I ended up being overwhelmed by all the awesome options and didn't end up buying anything, I wish I had.plenty of free parking in the parking lot attached to Westgate mall

The manager here was extremely rude. started putting up shoes that we were trying on and complaining about her staff having to put up shoes. I told her we were still trying on the shoes we had out and she acted like that was absurd.

Hi ...I visited the shoe Department in west gate mall. this afternoon. The employers deal with me and my family with very un professional way. I was with my family trying to find a good deal. when one of the employers come and start talk aggressively toward me and my family. Then two employers keep follow my family and laughing in unusual way which make my family and I feel annoyed and end up leaving the place without buying anything.. I'm really feel sorry about this unprofessional attitude.DO NOT visit shoe department in westgate mall amarillo TX..

They have a decent shoe selection don't get me wrong, but they have sale stickers on stuff that aren't even on sale so best watch and catch it before you pay for it.
