The room was not very well maintained. The room was not well lit, especially the bathroom, could really use some higher wattage bulbs. The service was average, not very friendly.

Stay at your own risk! Hallways smell terrible. Pics attached are of the bed in our first room. I requested a new room and they had no issue of switching. Do not recommend!

Desk clerk did not want to return change due - said they don't carry cash. Wasn't a big amount - it's the principal. Never asked if we were okay with not getting our complete change back just made the decision for us. When he was told that wasn't a good policy and wasn't okay, he said I had an attitude. Forgot to check his own when dealing with a customer. Hallway going to room smells like urine and room not clean.

Feroz at the front desk was super helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate my family to make sure we had rooms side by side. We will absolutely be staying at choice hotels in the future!

Nice comfortable room. Work out room and pool on site. Decent breakfast option. Staff was friendly. Easy access on/off I-40. 3 good restaurants within a 3 minute walk directly next door. Pizza hit also next door. Fast food and other restaurants options with a 3-5 minutes drive. Recommend this hotel

Nicely located in Amarillo hotel has all amenities like pool jacuzzi fitness center business center. Room is clean with big screen tv, tasty breakfast. Recommend to stay in hotel when visiting Amarillo.

Booked a room for the 6-July. Sunday! After I booked the room it says the 7th. Ok no big deal, tried to change with the hotel , was told to contact my booking agent, they kept telling me that I couldn’t get a refund! Didn’t want a refund!! Just change 1 day back to the 6th, my booking agent contacted them and Sleep Inn refused to drop me back 1 day! The day I booked it.. if it was my fault ok but they could move me back 1 day!! It’s a Sunday, most people are going home!! Done with Expedia and Sleep Inn, be careful I didn’t buy the stay protection for $8 and I’m now out $80. Pissed in Texas!

Checking in was super easy & pleasant. Breakfast was pleasant. Beds were so soft & cozy, Lobby smelled cleaned and was beautifully kept.However I did have to clean our own room from dust, food crumbs on floor & chairs, cleaned the fridge with leftovers crumbs as well as the microwave with food stuck onto the inside.I also had to clean the toilet which had some human feces on the back of the lid, cleaned off the shower which also had an odd yellow substance in the corners.As comfortable and lovely as the beds there was dried food (at least I hope that’s what it was )on the mattressI worked in housekeeping for over eight years and I know what management expects from housekeeping in order to maintain a well kept room. I don’t wish ill will upon the staff as I was told that they had a full house the week before which I understand being in that position before.

The hotel was an okay place, when you first walk in there is a little bit of a funky sewage smell, but the lady at the front desk was nice.The room was amazing the AC worked so well and was very nice against the Texas weather. Though the other reviews are right the key cards only work half the time, so if you're going out bring BOTH key cards because they seem to always switch out between which one works. Breakfast is from 600-900. The omelette with bell pepper was under cooked, potatoes were hard but just as most hotel potatoes are. The french toast is a bit crunchy, and had no flavor, while the waffles were amazing, though a little thick! I loved the syrup as well! The checkout was nice and easy. Overall it was a pretty good experience.05-26-24/05-27-2024 (First floor room)

Perfect for what we needed. Rolled in at 10pm and out at 7am. Clean room (a little tired), hot shower, nice people, decent breakfast. On and off I-40 in 5 min.

Front desk guy provided excellent service as opposed to the breakfast service - lady who was rude; the eggs, biscuits and gravy were reheated and disgusting, they offered no waffles even though they had the appliances for it; pool is still closed - it’s the middle of May in Texas 94+ degrees.

The girl that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. They couldn't guarantee me a room that hadn't had a pet in it since I'm allergic but that turned out okay. Room hadn't been dusted i a while. Carpet had spots on it. In the laundry facilities only the washers worked the dryers didn't. I was told there was a laundromat about 4 minutes away
