Great experience! We encountered friendly and helpful staff. I'm moving my family from out-of-state and of course needed a storage unit. I found Advantage Storage to be both accommodating and secure. If I ever needed a storage unit again, I would choose this place.

They went above and beyond every other storage facility in Amarillo by allowing me to have a 28’ moving pod, that was really more like a big rig trailer, to stay overnight on their property without charging me anything extra. I’m very grateful to them for this as I was between a rock and a hard place due to moving to Amarillo well before my home is going to be ready.I had rented a storage unit at another facility, only to be denied the ability to park the trailer there. That was obviously my mistake to not have a conversation about it with the facility beforehand. It’s difficult to find the right storage facility when you’re moving here from out of state and you’re not able to visit the facility beforehand, but I’m glad I found this facility.A+ service and the facility is very nice and seems to be new. Also, the units all seem to be on one floor, so there’s no worrying about moving your stuff up and down stairs. There are also push carts available to help move in and out of the climate controlled building. The climate controlled building also has a number pad with which to enter your access code. It’s nice to have that extra layer of security and I’m sure all my stuff is safe. And last, but certainly not least, I can access my unit 24 hours per day. I can’t ask for anything more. I definitely recommend.
