Elderly man came in for eye exam for new glasses. It was difficult to get him out of nursing home with wheelchair, oxygen, etc. When they finally came in, he could not see out of them well enough to watch tv. Again transported from nursing home and they redid them. Still could not see out of them and now they’re billing him for more money after he paid them & his insurance paid them too. We had to get him taken somewhere else to get glasses he can see out of. I would not go to Dr Alpar. I had a bad experience with him myself years ago - very unprofessional, fighting with his daughter while doing my exam. The exam rooms seem kinda dirty and are dimly lit. Called back after he got glasses from a reputable eye doctor that he can see out of and let message, got no return call. Called back a week later and was actually told we should have brought the prescription from a good doctor back to them to make the glasses! No refund etc. Just wow !!

I was able get my son in for an issue and was greeted with the best! Everyone was friendly, everyone smiled, and was in and out quickly. Could not recommend Dr. Alpar enough, what a professional. Thank you for everything!
