No one bothered to help me when I walked in and had to get the attention of the front desk lady who was on her phone. No one was at the service desk and the guy who helped me was rude, condescending, and made me feel as if I did not know what I was talking about. He did not help at all and I ended up leaving with no resolution.

Street Volkswagen in Amarillo, TX, wants to buy your used vehicle! Buy SELLER BEWARE!!! They will keep your car, get the title and then never pay you what they agreed to in writing. Then you will have to hire a Lawyer, which they won't pay for, so, you're out even more money. My best recommendation is to find another company to do business with.

I found a vehicle online U was interested in, made an appointment. I drove 120 miles to look at the car When I got there no one even bothered to say "hi" much less ask me if I needed assistance. Most appeared too busy talking on their phones or to each other to be bothered by a customer.

I had a check engine light come on. They was able to get us in the next day after calling in about it. They took us to our choice location for lunch came and picked us up. Shuttle driver was very pleasant. Spent most of the day waiting for the repair but came home with fixed car.

My son took his car in to have a diagnostic check. The service department called while he was at work, he couldn't answer. My son called the next morning to get an update and was told they serviced his car without his authorization and couldn't get it back unless he paid the $300 of labor. I don't appreciate them taking advantage of my 17 year old son

Street Volkswagen is by far like family to us. They go above and beyond for their customers. Ever since day one when I bought my first vehicle, the staff here makes you feel like family. And since then I’ve purchased 4 automobiles from them. Shane and Kyle are absolutely amazing!! They go above what their job responsibilities are!! Thank you guys!! Cole Ornelas, definitely one of the most professional and respectful salesman I’ve ever dealt with!! Thank you Cole!! He listens to what you want and goes out of his way to accommodate your wants!! I’ll never do business anywhere else. These guys are amazing!! I highly recommend you go see them for your next purchase!!!!

They tried to completely rip my son off in the service department by claiming he had 3 leaks regarding his radiator with a $2k bid. Then they did the big sales job trying to get my son to trade it in. We walked away and got another bid. There was only 1 leak, not three and it cost 70% less.

Street VW has excellent customer service. The salespeople are knowledgeable, honest and very good at helping you figure out the intricacies of car buying. Car shopping is always stressful so pick a place like this that has turned helping customers into an art. Once you find the car, the finance and management people jump in to smooth the whole process out. Then, after you have purchased a car, you can relax because the service department has the maintenance handled. They make bringing your car in for service a pleasure. We own several Volkswagens. Once you have experienced Street VW, you won't want to shop anywhere else.

Y'all do not let these guys scam you. My mom did not want to lease a car and traded her fully paid off 2015 EOS for a 2017 Passat and they use this "Lease" practice to up the purchase price of the car several thousands. You end up paying the lease + whatever the buyout is. So you could spend $20K leasing and then $12k buyout=$32K when the scale of the vehicle just doing a standard purchase is $26-28K. They talk lots of people into a lease, so don't fall for it.

We were told that Street Volkswagen would be covering the cost for a repair we still got charged $500 and they say they added $500 to the trade in to make up the difference but never showed us that it explained it to us. they said they added the $500 in the trade in but the last number my wife saw when buying the car was the trade in was $1000 less then what she was told. now we are being told that because the free wheels we were given without us asking, and they covered a po
