“I wanted to get a bundle of boxes at the U-Haul store at 2100 W. 6th in Amarillo, but needed help getting them off the tall stack. It was around 9 am. I told they guy if he could get them down, I could drag them to my car. Mark suggested I pull my car into the covered area which was close to the door, so I did. And there he was with the stack of boxes I'd just purchased and put them in the car for me. I didn't expect that but very much appreciated his help. I think he deserves some recognition for going above and beyond. These days not many are willing to help. He was great. Thanks to people like Mark, I will continue to do business at this place.”

Had a breakdown at 3am. Service Tech (Emanuel) met us at the facility. Diagnosed problem, secured need parts, and at 8am started and finished needed repairs quickly. And even being called out at 3am.. then coming in and trying to complete the work quickly, he was very kind and apologetic for our delays.
