I will never support this business after the horrible interaction I just had. I was leaving the store directly next to Super Appliances when I see that a black dually is parked behind me. I went inside and asked the appliance workers if it belonged to any of them. This older lady says “you weren’t supposed to park there” as she’s going to retrieve the trucks owner. I apologized and her I didn’t see a sign. She brings the truck owner out and he says “you have trouble reading?” And I was dumbfounded. I didn’t realize you all were so perfect and have never been in a rush before and made a mistake .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Called to have a dryer repaired, technician stated they would have to order the part and it would be fixed in 2 days! It has now been a week, my boyfriend and I have made several calls for an update, however no one can give us a response. They keep saying the technician will call us however no attempts for an update have been made. Do not recommend this company!

We paid for a part for our refrigerator of $375.00 oh they were real to get our money week goes by and nothing from them so wife calls store to see why our refrigerator is not fixed yet and the secretary is very rude and disrespectful to my wife and rudely tells my wife they don't call customers. Now its been over two weeks and nothing from this place. So two weeks without a working refrigerator. Will never do business with these people.again

Our initial experience with Super Appliance in Amarillo started off promising. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our appliance. We paid over $400 for the part which felt high for what it was but we moved forward with the repair.
Unfortunately, things went downhill from there.
We waited a month and a half for the part to arrive. During that time, I made several attempts to contact the technician for an update, but I never received a call back or any communication. When the part finally came in, the tech returned to install it but left without hooking the dryer back up or reinstalling the back panel. The job felt rushed, incomplete, and careless. What started off as a professional interaction turned into a frustrating experience marked by poor communication and lack of attention to detail. I expected better follow-through and courtesy, especially given the price we paid. Blake was the technician.

I have a Samsung refrigerator it stopped cooling call them had to order part out of Dallas week and a half came in came put it on still doesn’t work called several times next day got the run around pd 475.00 for this part ahead of time also now trying to get them to return call so I can get this fixed I’ll never use them again

I can't even speak to somebody about repairs, as some geriatric lady keeps putting me on hold and forgetting about me. Horrible customer service, and I'd imagine their actual services fall in the same category.

Awesome service my washing machine had issues called them and they sent Blake out to look at it, they had my part the following Monday and got me fixed up super fast! I will use them again if I have any issues with my appliances!

Worst Service I’ve had in 50 years. Blake, service rep, said they would have to order a part for refrigerator, took 45 days to get. Installed the part, next day still not working. Took 5 days to get him back,said he have to order another part that was 3 weeks ago,
Will not answer calls. Call someone else, best advice I can give.😡😡😡😡😡

Part was correct thankfully. The issue I had with this appliance store is lack of communication. Was not at all consistent. Was told it would be ready this day, called spoke with maybe 4 different people and all 4 advised something different. Received part exactly 3 days later was told weekends don't count. Ordered this particular part on a Monday around 1pm received on Wednesday around 2pm on following week. Absolutely Ridiculous! Never going here again.

This is awesome because I was looking for a part for my mom dryer and know one in Lubbock carry it I call this place and was so happy they carry it.Drove down their I got the part . They was so nice they hold it for me. Thanks guys yall are a lifesaver!

I hate leaving negative reviews but this morning I was threatened with being filed against for theft of service so I thought I would provide my side. TLDR at end of review.
8/21/24 Blake came to my house to have a look at my washer which has been absolutely noisy and “walked” across the floor when it was used, it definitely needed work. Blake was the nicest person and I loved that he was the one to be helping me. He let me know my washer needed some parts so he wrote out an invoice and I paid to have the part ordered and for the labor of install.
By 8/29/24, a week later, I hadn’t heard anything so I called for an update. The receptionist answered, took my address and my information, I said I was just looking for an update on the part that was ordered so the work could get done. She asked if I spoke to a technician and I let her know yes, Blake had come to my house. She said he wasn’t in the office but that she would leave him a note on his desk and he’d give me a call.
9/5/24 I had not received a call back so I called again. I’m still only looking for some kind of update that the part had been ordered and to have an idea of when it would be in. The call went exactly the same as the last week, took my information, told me Blake wasn’t in the office but that she would leave a message for him to call me back. At this point I’m frustrated, I’m 3 weeks without a washer in a house of 3 working adults who need to be able to wash their clothes. Originally I didn’t check reviews before calling Super Appliance because they were recommended to me. After the second phone call I read the reviews and saw that this situation had happened multiple times to multiple customers. The almost $400 I paid for this part I could’ve spent with another company or simply bought a new appliance elsewhere. I reached out to my credit card company and was able to start a dispute on the transaction for services not rendered because I still have a broken washer at home and have not received even an update on the part I paid for.
This morning 9/19/24 was the first time I have received a call back from Super Appliance and it was to threaten to file against me for theft of service. The VM left makes it sound as if they have the part, when they received it they could’ve given me word that they were ready for install and I would’ve gladly talked to my credit card company to have the dispute canceled.
TLDR: I’ve called this company twice ONLY for an update on a part that I paid almost $400 for. (It’s 2024, I can see tracking information immediately after I place an order anywhere) Haven’t received a call back until this morning, weeks after the part was ordered, about filing against me for theft of service because I started a dispute with my credit card company for services not rendered.

After reading most negative reviews, i still decided to give this place a call. I asked Sherri to set up an appointment and she stated they do not do appointments. I told her that i work and would need to set up a time. She said “you dont have a wife at home”? 😂 sorry ma’am i van tell this is not going to be a great fit. Have a nice day.

So disappointed in this business that has been in Amarillo for many years. Washing machine repair delayed due to parts, but communication when I made calls was unhelpful. Stories differed from parts will be in later in the day, you are on repairman’s schedule today and never hearing from them for several days. Eventually resulted in no repair and refund of never seen parts and only charged for initial repair call.

we have waited almost 2 weeks for a part that they said would take 3-4 days to arrive. on the 4th day, i called to ask if it was there and she said it would be there that day. never got a call so i called the next day and then she said it would be here in another 2 days. at this point it had been over a week so i found the part on amazon and had it here in 2 days. the lady on the phone was very rude. now i can’t refund the part we had originally ordered from here. would not recommend!
