At first when I got my vehicle I was thrilled like any single mom would be to have a vehicle that’s supposed to be a good running vehicle but every since I’ve been doing payments and got stuck in there contract it’s been trouble after trouble with this car not even two weeks after having this vehicle they sold me it overheated and needed to be put into a shop so they did they worked on it worked for awhile then two blow outs with my two front tires in a two day period almost wrecking the car and killing my kids and me now the radiator is out on it again I’m making high payments on a car they have in there shop and probably won’t get fixed right the warranty should cover a rental they refuse to help me out in that department when I need my car to get kids to school and to my work and doctors appointments this week and have no way of getting there this car they sold me has been nothing but a death trap for me and my kids I’m struggling already as it is and they took a full advantage of a single mom working two jobs to barely make it and they promised me this car would last it didn’t even make it two weeks before all the problems started now I’m stuck with no car to get around and there not trying to make it right ether I highly would not recommend this place if your buying a car prices to high and car isn’t guaranteed to work pluse not to mention you got to keep full coverage on the car you payed for and it does nothing with the warranty just more money to spend when I’m already barely surviving

Texas Dodge has had my vehicle since July 16th. I Swear they don’t know up from down it was supposed to be ready last Wednesday and then Thursday and then Friday and then for sure on Saturday and here we are on Tuesday. Still no vehicle and no call as to why it’s not done. They’re not communicative at all. I have heard nothing. Anytime I get an update It’s because I have reached out and every time I call to check on it, they give me the runaround. I specifically asked if they were going to have my vehicle for a long period of time because the last dealership I took it to had it for three months. Poor service all around . I don’t care about how sorry you guys are For the service I’ve received I just want my car back And you have my phone number God knows I’ve called a million And a half times.

Do not go here drove 2.5 hours to get what we needed to be told they didn't have it after I call to make sure they had it now am driving to Lubbock to get it

Edward Guzman and I came in just looking around and Alan Kokorian really looked out for us and took time out of his day daily to look for Edward a truck and he was so nice and respectful and did an excellent job of getting him into a truck. All the staff were great. Texas Dodge will be our go to for future vehicles also.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Texas Dodge in Amarillo. I brought my vehicle in specifically to conduct a state inspection done, and the mechanic assured me that the test had been conducted. However, it became painfully clear that this was not the case. Instead of actually checking the vehicle, he did not do this and ended up going with what a fraudulent mechanic from another shop wrote. This is a ponzi scheme in action
I trusted Texas Dodge with my vehicle, and they failed miserably. Dishonesty and negligence are not qualities I expect from a professional establishment, especially when it concerns the safety and reliability of my vehicle. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before doing so.
I will not be returning, and I recommend looking elsewhere if you value honesty and quality service.

Service department has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. I took my Jeep to get the oil changed back in April. I waited five hours just for an oil changed. Than about two weeks later my Jeep started to run hot and leak antifreeze. I had to have it towed to Texas Dodge. My jeep had been sitting outside for three weeks before they even touched it to tell me what was going on with it. Than when I called to see what was wrong with it they never answered me back or even called me back. I had to go up there and talk to the manager. Every week they say something different to me about my Jeep. This week they told me that it would be ready. And it’s not I got lied to about it. They told me they put two cars a head of me and I needed to wait another week. My jeep has been at Texas Dodge for two months and two weeks. I’m not impressed at all with them.

Went into Texas Dodge as I was referred to them by a former employee. The Ram tick they call it but its actually a faulty exhaust manifold that most Rams will have eventually. The Dealerships will not cover this repair even though its an ongoing issue. Pretty sure they had a recall on it but the NHTSA has also urged Ram to rectify both sides. My truck was right over their warranty mileage but still in time-frame window. I had to call Ram customer service and they agreed to work with Texas DODGE to repair and have it covered. All the Dealership has to do is follow a few steps to get reimbursed from Ram and they still refused. Apparently Ram Dealerships here in Amarillo are having a problem honoring things that are covered under warranty and things that should be covered at least here in Amarillo. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING OR USING EITHER RAM DEALERSHIPS HERE IN AMARILLO. They refuse to help customers who purchase expensive vehicles. Rather drive to a nearby city who actually takes care of Ram customers. I will say Matt from Ram support has been very nice and wants to try to cover the repair. I will keep repost a comment if that changes.

Texas Dodge is the way to go! Jimmy Flores, was very helpful and actually cared. He was not pushy at all. That for me made a HUGE difference verses other dealerships I have been too.
