Antiques, ROUTE 66 items, many items made right here in Amarillo, TX, Free visitor information, yard and garden items, ROUTE 66 PASSPORTS are SOLD and STAMPED here. Established in 1997 women owned and operated. Our Mother, Mildred Carroll opened Texas Ivy Antiques with her eldest daughter, Linda Kelley. In 1999 Dora Meroney moved back to Amarillo and joined the family business. When our Mother passed away in 2004 we created our Mama's Garden Area in her memory. Texas Ivy Antiques was named for the Great State of Texas, which our Mother, an Iowa native, loved from the time she first visited Kress Texas as a young lady in the early 1950's when she met our Dad, Willis Carroll. And her first born grandchild, Ivy Marie Meroney who died in 1997.
Dora is so kind! Great prices here. Really cool that it used to be the visitors center!

I never knew what this place was when I first moved down. But come to find out it's an antique store. It's adorable with some fun fee items. From antiques to home made items definitely a place to check out

A very pleasant antique store, with a very welcoming and caring owner who is quick to direct travelers on Route 66. Special mention to the two little cats who are adorable.
