Had my daughters sweet 16 there. Had an absolutely amazing time! Cherry was so nice to work with was quick to answer all my annoying questions and very patience with us during our walk through really helped us to see the vision of what we were wanting then delivered on that vision 100%!!!! The venue was beautiful by itself but the decorations she added completely sent the place over the top with beauty! My daughter loved everything about the venue as did I. Really made her day special!!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!!!!! Also it is air conditioned!!!!!!

Terrible experience with Cherry. She rescheduled twice for our tour and did not show up for the day we actually took our tour. She unlocked the facility from her phone so my daughter and I could tour. She never called back to follow up, however, I called her and inquired about meeting so we could give payment for the venue. She asked if she could call me back as she was at her other job and it would be after seven. However, of course, she never called. If she did not want to rent the venue to us, she could’ve said that from the beginning instead of wasting our time. Terrible terrible experience.

The Red ban has lots of remodels and the kitchen was a great for serving and preparing food for my daughters graduation party. It was enough space for tables, a large dance floor, and dj booth. The hostess responds quickly and is very generous. The price is well worth the faculty and amenities. Thank you so much for the great experience. We look forward to using again for our party venue needs. No regrets here!! ???

I was able to reserve this very last minute for my daughters sweet 16 birthday party. Very inexpensive for what you get. Could have been a little cleaner but no big deal, I wont complain for the price compared to other venues. Everyone had a great time! Thank you!

They were very helpful and thoughtful in a very stressful time for my children and I. Everyone was ready to explain what needed to be done but did not rush us to decide on anything they let us move at our own pace and made sure we understood each step to take. I was vey pleased with the viewing and the funeral service.

Absolutely THE best horse care in the panhandle. Rhonda is an amazing horsewoman who cares for her boarders' horses like her own. Each horse gets the individual care, feeding schedule and care he/she needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach. My 27 year-old gelding, Gus, has been with Rafter B for over 10 years. And Rhonda is the reason he's so happy and healthy. You couldn't ask for a more knowledgable, kind and responsibly run boarding facility. If I could give Rafter B a million star rating, I would.
