I needed to make an embarrassing amount of Amazon returns today. On a road trip from Houston and happened to be close to this ups store. Walked in with a literal laundry basket full and Stefanie was so patient, helpful, and kind! She went above and beyond to help me sort it all out and never acted annoyed at all. I hope the owners see this, because when they aren’t around, she is a great representative! Thank you Stefanie!!!

Debbie at the front counter was super friendly and helpful. Allowed me to use tape to secure my packages and said she would make sure they were ready to go.

Went in for a roll in order to transport rolled up posters in my luggage. Tiffany was super helpful. She ended up giving me a cardboard roll and providing lots of help. Thanks!

Live on a private airport don't appreciate yall parking in the front yard and not in the driveway like it's intended for 3 weeks later even talked to the driver yall continued to not use the driveway how would yall like it if I came to your house parked in the front yard
