I had to have family members get my vehicle towed to their home for mechanical work. The wait was a bit over an hour, but they were up front about it and got to me as quickly as they could. They also took my payment over the phone so my family wouldn't have to deal with it, which was super convenient since I was 2 hours from them. My family then raved to me about how great Colby was in transporting my vehicle. Typically, tow companies make me nervous because they are not careful with your vehicle, but this was far from the truth today. The costs were lower, and the service quality far exceeded companies I have experienced in past years. Thank you Colby, and Tic Tac Tow Towing!

I had parked my truck by the Chilliwack Health Unit to go visit my mother in law in hospital after a procedure. I left the hospital and got to my truck to leave and my column shifter went limp, I was forced to leave it over night to figure out later. When I called and talked to the individual on the phone to request a tow truck he was very professional and friendly. The truck arrived and after I explained what happened he fixed my issue temporarily so I could get my truck home. Great service, Mark was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Won't use anyone else if I can help it. They got a customer for life.

Our driver was courteous and pleasant. He allowed me to ride with him to the auto shop and we had an engaging conversation. It's nice to encounter a young man that is this personable and professional. We will use TTTT again.

I spent a week in Philmont with little to eat, sleeping in a tent, and drinking creek water. My scouts and I were ready to head home! My car overheated in Texline, and I was stranded by the side of the road for hours after ensuring the safety of my passengers. I had two different services looking for a tow provider to haul my car all the way to a dealership in Amarillo. Helpless and hopeless, no one offered to help. Finally’ like two angels with a gooseneck trailer, Kallie and Weston appeared. They came quickly, communicated accurately, and gave me great company on the ride to Amarillo. If you need a tow and are stranded anywhere on the panhandle, skip the services and call them directly. They were truly lifesavers!

Super friendly and quick. I’m from out of town and hit something on I-40. After glancing at a handful of tow companies with only 3 stars, my hopes weren’t high. And then I saw this one with a multitude of 5 star reviews. I can confirm, they have 5 star service. I would use them again.

This was the best towing experience I have every had. My tow truck driver made it to my car on the highway quickly and efficiently, she was incredibly pleasant to talk to on our way to the auto shop, and she was extremely professional. This will be my first call from now on for any vehicle issues and should be yours aswell!

I had to call these guys up to get a tow to a tire shop and I am from out of town. They showed up in a timely manner and got me loaded and where I needed to be in no time. Professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!
