We were on our way to Colorado and stopped at Big Texan RV park.
While setting up we noticed that something hit one of our tires on our RV.
My husband called this business before hours and a very nice man, I think his name was Nick answered
My husband explained the situation and he said his tech had already left to get something but he would try to reach him but if he couldn’t catch him he would personally bring and change the tire at the RV park for us.
He was able to reach the tech who brought another tire that would’ve worked perfectly, but we had a spare that matched, he took the spare tire off from underneath the RV and changed it then put the new spare back under the RV.
All of this within the hour that we called.
In a world that doesn’t seem to care about others this business showed that there are still good people and business that do care.
Whomever owns this business, I hope you realize and appreciate the Great people you have.”

What I was quoted for a tonneau cover with installation from Dale’s was actually cheaper than that same tonneau cover online from anywhere else without shipping or installation. Even better they do quality work that is FAST! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in or near Amarillo but Dale’s”

“My girlfriend and I had a nightmare turn into a blessing. When she hit a guardrail in the middle of nowhere, our rims wetr wrecked, and money was really tight. We honestly didn’t know what to do. That’s when we found Polo’s Used Tires, and I can’t explain what a relief it was. From the second we called, they treated us like people, not a paycheck. Noah was incredible — professional, kind, and straight-up hones not to mention cool as hell. He walked us through everything, gave us options that fit our budget, and never once tried to squeeze extra money out of us. They actually had the exact same rims as my Camry, which felt like a miracle given the situation. The whole experience was fast, affordable, and surprisingly stress-free considering the circumstances. “I had a flat after getting off work late and by the time I made it to this store they had just closed. One of the workers, Cameron, came out to look at it and graciously decided to take it in and replace the tire for me anyway. Unfortunately, I had to go home with a different brand but the next day they had my tire in and Cameron had it swapped out, no problem. I so appreciate his kindness and regard for my safety even though they were already closing up. That is the kind of customer service that makes me feel valued and want to come back for any future issues. Thank you guys!!”

“Jose has always been good to me. Good price on his wheels and tires and I got lifetime balance and rotation which is a plus in my book. And you don't have to worry about him telling you that your tires are to big for your truck or he can't work on it cause it's the wrong size. He knows if that's what you want then he can get it. Been going to him for 3 years and 4 sets of tires now, still with him today!”
“Wow, I was really impressed. With these guys and the manager; I wish I had gotten his name. I was traveling home to Florida in my 2006 F150 and oticed a unusual noise coming from my differential. I arrived at thus location at 0800, told the manager my situation and he got me in right away. Troubleshooting revealed a leaking axel seal. The team inspected the differential, replaced both axel seals, refilled the differential after flushing to get any metal shavings out and I was on the road again. Got home safely with only a relatively short delay. THANKS!”

“Staff throughout the store were very helpful to this rookie Sam's Club shopper. New to the Amarillo area, I needed plenty of direction. Staff at the check out were also helpful, mostly trying to get folks to use the self checkout lane. I resisted. Fortunately, someone decided to simply have more checkout lanes. Excellent move. In an effort to support more jobs, not fewer, customers are resisting the corporate effort to turn us all into supermarket cashiers. So they raise prices and then expect us to do the work for free that they formerly paid to real people. Thanks to my family for opening my eyes to the insidious corporate reality. Rant to continue!”
