Went in today and bought a dress and went to pay and I guess the cashiers didn’t think I spoke English and made fun of the clothing I bought it was so disrespectful. The need to learn some manners.

This TJMaxx is horrible, you can’t shop because of all the merchandise thrown down all the aisles. The new store manager will not come out and speak to customers and today when checking out the line was back to men’s clothing and only one cashier but there was 4 other employees behind the counter. Ridiculous.

Store was very dirty ,very unorganized,clothes on the floor plus other items. Line was so long with only 4 cashiers. I love tjmaxx it’s my favorite store but not this one.

I don’t know what has happened to this TJ Maxx in Amarillo, but it is disgustingly dirty inside. The bathrooms are even worse, I should’ve taken pictures. The floors are nasty- I don’t think they have been cleaned in a very long time. This is a very unorganized store and it seems that they never put the store back in order before they open the next day. I used to love coming here, but I don’t think I will be any longer. It is just that dirty. They should go to the Lubbock, T.J. Maxx on Quaker and take notes. It is a very clean and organized store and you don’t have to wait in line for 30 minutes like you do here in Amarillo.
