Ever since the store manager and sum employees left a few weeks ago the service is horrible. Especially the drive through. You order fountain drinks( certain one and come home with something you didn't order). Order French vanilla cappuccino and get black coffee. I know sum people would say go inside and get it yourself but the deal is I'm on restriction from a recent surgery and going through drive-thru makes it very convenient. And this has happened on more than one occasion. Mirror and Amarillo Blvd store

I prefer P.A.C, over TNT, but there is not enough locations to not use TNT. Quit charging for refills if your a cool attendant!! You know who you are...

Higher gas prices and crummy fountain drinks.
Mr. Mitchell is trying to save a buck by dropping how much carbonation he puts in the drinks. Nearly everything is flat... kinda gross. Heavy and syrupy... maybe he is trying to drive up bottled drink sales?
Also, at this toot n totum and any of the others that are not off I-40 or a main part of town, the gas is ALWAYS higher. I thought I was just confused until I started taking pictures. Pretty rude... thought you cared about your town, Mr. Mitchell.

Every time we go thru drive thru they never want to take our order, they say come inside, why ? It’s a reason I drove out of my way to not get out my car . Poor customer service

Stop in to get a coffee and breakfast burrito and,was waiting for a ride to work , but store called apd ,an said I was trasspassing, an ask to get off property or get charged for trasspassing what hopitlty , so that's how they treat paying customers wow ? , guess my pigment was the wrong shade ?

The guy in the drove through is rude, I was a passenger, the driver made simple mistake of dropping change and the employee says your gonna have to pick it up or give me more change because I had my hand out. Said it with condescending tone. This was around 8:15pm-8:30pm

Very odd company to do business with! They act like Allsups they treat people bad without acknowledging facts! Guess 1st amendment don't work because they take what you say as threat! This is what Clayton NM did?? Well I don't know how to rate a company that is quick to judge and puts everything into confusing threats to facts! Must be a WOKE thing! I will never see myself ever working for a company like this! They'll put a permanent trespass on someone and the officer Michael Mann inn Clayton don't have to give a reason! That is totally b#$s... guess thats how it is! I guess that is why, the manager is hypocritical to own self!

Asked for their filtered water from fountain machine and got red pink water. All the proof you need to know this location is not keeping up to cleaning standards. God only knows when or how they last cleaned the fountain nozzles

Went for a slush and they told me they didn’t have any of it anymore. I went inside (to check) and they lied. It was perfectly fine and working. I always suspected they did things like this especially one particular gentlemen working there and yup it was all the conformation I needed. Yes I was right. Yes they are lieing to customers.Glad circle k is coming to Amarillo. Their over priced food and offerings will be going down if the superior circle k ever gives them a run for their money in town.

Owner of Toot n totem where are you? I I come here a lot to get gas, and sometimes I need to use the restroom . Your employees always have a sign on the restrooms that say closed for cleaning. I will not get gas here anymore because this is obviously a scam to block people out of the restroom. You need to counsel your manager.
