Went in for a quick drink and witnessed a great team working diligently. There was a big spill by the fountain machine being cleaned up fast by one worker, another was handling drive thru, while one more was handling register. All were polite, professional and efficient. Great experience.

Had an unfortunate experience at this location with someone who claimed to be a manager, but was wearing someone else’s badge. Originally had a 2 star review up, but changed it to a 5 star because of the prompt response from Toot n Totum. Listening to your customers and acknowledging their experience matters.
